All of our flavored breads are listed here. All the basic doughs are made from Westwind's Unbleached All Purpose Flour, Ed Wracan's honey, olive oil, Calder's milk and/or water, salt and yeast. The additional ingredients are mixed into the dough, not rolled. Not to brag, but we have had two separate groups of French people come by and both say this was the best bread they'd had while in this country! It is truly wonderful to eat! If you need something very chocolate and very sweet, this brownie is less of an evil than most. The cocoa is certified organic, the butter and milk are from Calder's Dairy, and the eggs are from our own farm. The flour, of course, is Westwind's Pastry flour milled from Michigan organic soft white wheat. And the taste is gooey, chocolatey and satisfying!

Our cherry bars are made with North Star Organics Michigan tart cherries, and are a cherry delight! We were going to hold back on them, as we got the last of last year's crop. As you may know, the 2012 crop was destroyed by weird weather - (frost after the blossoms were out) However, they are consuming our entire freezer space, so when they're gone, they're gone - so enjoy the cherry bars while they're here.

These brownies are extra cool! The same recipe as our chocolatey, gooey brownies, but with Crosby Mint Farm's PURE, undiluted peppermint oil. They are still full of cocoa and very moist, but we add organic, fair trade dark chocolate chips and just a few drops of mint oil in the brownie batter, as well as in the glaze.
