Chili Lime Popcorn

Serves: Makes about six cups
Ingredients
2 Tbls
Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup
white popcorn
2 Tbls
grassfed butter
1 Tbls
Chili powder
Zest of one lime
1 Tsp.
Salt
Step by Step Instructions
- Place 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a high sided pan. Set heat to medium high to melt the oil. As oil melts add 1/4 cup popcorn to oil. Cover with lid. When the kernels begin to pop, shake the pan lightly to prevent scorching.
- When popping is almost complete remove pan from the stove and let rest 30 seconds before removing the lid. Pour popcorn into a large bowl.
- Place butter, chili powder salt and lime zest in a small microwave safe container. Microwave for 30 seconds or until butter is melted. Stir. pour over popcorn and stir or shake to coat evenly. Enjoy!
