Serves: Serves 4-6
Ingredients
16 Ounce package
Frozen Hashbrowns
One Pound
breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled (may use cooked and crumbled bacon or diced ham)

Bell pepper diced
2 Cups
Cheddar Cheese Shredded
Step by Step Instructions
- Place a layer of frozen hashbrowns on the bottom of a greased crockpot. Follow with a layer of sausage, onions, bell peppers and cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Continue layering two more times, ending with shredded cheese.
- Beat the eggs with 1/2 to one cup milk. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over mixture in the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
